Christy Hemme - Sexy WWE Diva

Christy Hemme's Biography

Best known for her appearances with World Wrestling Entertainment and for her cover girl appearance in Hugh Hefner’s Playboy magazine in 2006, Christy Hemme is currently working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Christy Hemme, christened Christina Lee, was born on October 28th 1980 in Temecula, California where she attended Temecula Valley High school.

Following high school Christy went on to Mount San Jacinto College, where she majored in dance. After graduating, she relocated to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue a career in modeling. At that time, far from modeling, Hemme initially joined a burlesque dance team known as "The Purrfect Angelz", who performed at Easyrider tours and Harley motorcycle rallies. Eventually Christy made her way into the public eye with her pictorial appearances in men’s magazines such as Maxim, Stuff, Rolling Stone and Playboy.

In addition, she appeared in the music video of the Trace Adkins song "Chrome", and in videos for bands Blink-182 and Sonic. In 2004 Christy took part in the Diva Search competition held by W.W.E. in an attempt to attract more Divas. Hemme was announced as the winner of the competition and her prize was a year long contract with W.W.E., owned by Vince McMahon, and $250,000. Christy’s first move during her W.W.E. career was on the RAW roster. Her theme music became “Walk Idiot Walk’ by The Hives.

Christy seems to have become synonymous with feuds after developing several with other W.W.E. Woman’s Champions over the years. After she began a feud between herself and Carmella DeCesare the two competed in a Lingerie Pillow Fight with Hemme being declared the winner and holding on to the title during her W.W.E. tenure. Her days of feuding were not over when Hemme developed another feud with Trish Stratus, another W.W.E. Woman’s Champion. Trish had become resentful of Hemme for appearing on the cover of Playboy magazine in 2005 and the two took to a challenge which Stratus won and in doing so retained her title.

Her last feud was with Victoria who claimed to be jealous of the opportunities afforded to Hemme. The feud culminated in a bout at Vengeance 2005 , which Victoria won by cheating. Eventually Hemme and fellow W.W.E. star Stacy Keibler were traded to SmackDown! in exchange for Candice Michelle and Torrie Wilson in 2005.

In September 2006, Hemme recorded a song entitled "Society Box", which was featured on TNA's November 21, 2006 music release, 3rd Degree Burns. In November 2006, Christy participated in the Queens of Chaos shows in France when she wrestled two matches, losing to former WCW wrestler April Hunter.

She then went on to defeat British wrestler known as Minx, to earn the right to referee the championship match, which was eventually won by Hunter.

Hemme made her acting debut in the film Fallen Angels, in which she portrays the deadly sin "Lust". She has also been named as a star to appear in another horror film tentatively titled The Dead Season, in which she portrays a zombie.
